In addition, on the exterior of the house, there is an extra-length (8.75m) 4-car garage, a Cape Dutch-style swimming pool, a cold room (previously used for the storage of the harvest), and a Cape Dutch-style dog house, complete with thatched roof! At the bottom of the property there are also three unoccupied, unrenovated Cape vernacular cottages that can be turned into additional accommodation.
