Mark Stevens

Mark Stevens was born and raised in District Six Cape Town. He attended the Trafalgar Junior and Harold Cressey High Schools and has National Diplomas in Business Management and also in Real Estate - Property Valuation. The latter achieved at Cape Peninsula University of Technology -Cape Town. Mark and his family have resided in Muizenberg for the past 18 years. He is married to Donna and they have 4 children Tracey, Russell, Alex and Joshua as well as three grandchildren. Mark served a term of three years as a director on the Board of the Muizenberg Improvement District during which time significant improvement took place in Muizenberg. Mark and Donna ( also his business partner in Harcourts Prestige ) started out in real estate in 1988 and have a broad real estate experience. They opened their Homenet Prestige office in 2001 as shareholders and have been a part of the move to Harcourts Africa. Mark believes in always doing his best for his family, friends, and people.
