iffiny Hancock has been a real estate agent since 2003 and for the "Amber" developments since 2006 . In this time she has been the "Amber" developments' most successful agent, selling more than 295 of the overall 756 units at the Amber Valley complex alone - this all in 4 short years. Tiffiny's popularity amongst her clients is partly due to the appealing rapport she establishes with everyone she meets, and partly because of the professional and ethical approach she has towards her work and the individual problems that come with it. As many of Tiffiny's clients will attest, she will always go out of her way to ensure client satisfaction.
Moving towards 2013, Tiffiny and the development team are now working on a number of new "Amber" developments - Amber Lee, Amber Ridge, and Amber Lakes - all at differing stages of development and all set to expand on the already high standards set by Amber Valley. In order to ensure adequate service and support, Tiffiny also joined the reputable Harcourts group in 2011, as Senior Property Consultant, working out of the Greenacres branch in Howick. This added support structure has allowed Tiffiny to sell for the developer more effectively, at no extra cost to the client (no transfer duty and a reduced commission as per developer norms), whilst also legally being able to service the resale market within the existing and already completed "Amber" developments of Amber Valley, Amber Glen and Amber Fields.
In addition to this, through Harcourts, Tiffiny is properly qualified to offer an added service to her clients to list and sell property outside the "Amber" villages, and, as a result, can offer added networking exposure from the nationwide Harcourts team, thus increasing her clients' chances of selling their existing home, should they need to, in order to purchase at one of the sought after "Amber" villages.
As a final bonus to her clients, Harcourts Greenacres is also home to one of Tiffiny's long standing "Amber" colleagues. Tracy Williams had been managing most of the Amber Valley rentals, (in excess of 150) prior to joining Harcourts in 2011 and has successfully migrated most of these to the Greenacres branch and the extra value this provides. Investment buyers at any of the villages now have the added advantage of an extensive rental database to draw on, should they so wish.
