Entire property is secured by Knight Security and there is an electric fence around the main property.

There is parking available for one vehicle right outside the cottage on a gravel surface. Parking is not covered but is behind a secure electric gate.

No smoking allowed in the cottage and no pets are allowed.

Water is included in the rental. Electricity is on a prepaid meter.
