Chapel, function hall and fully equipped kitchen for sale

The old English Church, designed and built in 1906 by sir Herbert Baker, is for sale. The church is used for many years as a chapel for weddings, funerals and other spiritual functions and the hall afterwards for the wedding or funeral functions. Currently the hall is also available and to let for other functions such as the "Vrye Weekblad boeke" function that takes place from 10 to 12 May 2024 and the kitchen provides food everyday for a restaurant mostly used by the locals. Enough parking is available and although the church is small, the reception hall and kitchen are big enough to house more than 200 people. The church is in the center of Cullinan and easy to find and will become a popular venue with a better marketing strategy.
