I’m Bernice Piveteau, a dedicated real estate professional with Harcourts Blue, committed to helping people navigate their property journeys with confidence, care and clarity. I believe that real estate is about far more than buying or selling property—it’s about understanding people, supporting life transitions and providing guidance that empowers clients to make informed decisions that align with their goals.

At the heart of my work is a strong service ethic. I take pride in building genuine relationships with my clients by listening carefully, communicating openly and providing guidance that feels calm, structured and reassuring. I assist clients with property value assessments, as well as the buying and selling of residential property, helping them understand market conditions, pricing considerations and the steps involved in achieving a successful outcome. My focus is always on creating an experience where clients feel supported, informed and confident throughout the process.

I approach every transaction with integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. Buying or selling a home can be both exciting and overwhelming, and my role is to simplify that journey by offering clear explanations, consistent feedback and thoughtful advice. Whether working with buyers searching for the right place to call home or supporting sellers through an important change, I ensure that every client feels valued and prioritized.

Real estate is a dynamic and evolving industry, and I am committed to continuous learning and professional development. I stay engaged with market trends, buyer behavior and industry insights to ensure that the guidance I provide remains relevant and aligned with current conditions. This future-focused mindset allows me to adapt to change and better serve my clients in a competitive property landscape.

Being part of Harcourts Blue means I am supported by a trusted real estate brand known for its people-first values, professional systems and collaborative culture. This backing allows me to combine personalized service with strong operational support, ensuring that my clients benefit from both individual attention and a well-established real estate network.

What motivates me most is helping people move forward with confidence. Every property journey represents an important chapter in someone’s life, and I consider it a privilege to be part of those moments. I strive to create a real estate experience that feels positive, transparent and well guided from start to finish.

Whether you’re considering a property value assessment, planning to buy or sell, or simply exploring your options, I’m here to support you with professionalism, honesty and a genuine commitment to your success.

Your journey matters, and I’m with you every step of the way.
