I have a diverse and extensive background, showcasing several strengths spanning more that 30 years in Training Facilitation using people-centered and participatory approaches. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree and various certificates in fields such as educational drama, project management, business management, and human resources equips me with a broad skill set essential in this field.
I have held leadership roles, including managing community development programs, overseeing adherence programs, and coordinating demand creation activities. My responsibilities often involved designing and developing learning programs, providing support and training, and ensuring program quality. My roles often involved community engagement, support, and development, indicating strong interpersonal and communication skills. I am committed to growth and continuous learning as well as adaptability to new challenges and environments.
I have a wealth of experience working in public health communication with different sectors of the population in diverse community settings and environments. My vast experience includes stakeholder management for both the public and private sectors.
I believe my attributes of being excellent in planning, communication with both written and verbal skills, being a team player who is good at multitasking, and setting priorities do make me a perfect fit for being part of the Harcourts team. These also include being able to use my own initiative, taking ownership of tasks, and being self-motivated.
