The most heart-warming moments are when my retired clients are happy with the sale of their property and are comfortable in their retirement homes. They also refer my services to their colleagues. This is most rewarding for me because these are their twilight years ,they not investors flipping properties.
And believe me I do have my “reno guy/ investors” that I enjoy working with, that’s a whole new ball game. I even have them from abroad looking to invest on the beautiful surrounding of Durban beachfront and the amazing Point Waterfront.
