Her career in real estate began in 2017 when she joined LRE Group as an Administrative Assistant. This experience gave her a strong foundation in administration, compliance, FICA and KYC procedures, client service and transaction coordination, while also providing valuable insight into the property industry.

In April 2019, Juanita followed her passion and transitioned into property as a Property Professional. Since then, she has developed extensive experience in residential property sales, property valuations, negotiations, property portfolio analysis and strategic property marketing. She holds an NQF Level 4 qualification in Real Estate and has achieved Full Status Property Professional status, supported by extensive industry training.

Juanita specialises in serving clients across Vredekloof, Vredekloof Heights, Brackenfell, Oakglen and La Rochelle, working within a property price range of approximately R1.2 million to R5 million.
