Passionate about property!
I have been in the real estate business for 18 years already and I love what I do.
My clients are my priority and my natural intuition to find you your dream home is second nature to me.
I come from a farming background and am just as happy working in an upmarket estate as I am working on selling a farm.
Lara Watt is a Property Practitioner with Harcourts Patrick & Co, working in Eagle Ridge Estate, Howick Rural and Howick Central in Howick. Lara has been with Harcourts since 2018. In the last two years Lara has sold 7 properties, 2 of them in the last 12 months, most in Eagle Ridge Estate and Howick Rural. Lara achieved Harcourts Platinum Sales Status over the last two years.
