Saying that Marie started on the sale of my house at a VERY difficult stage is an understatement.The property had been on the market for a year & although it was in a very sought after complex,the only offer I had was from the tenants at that time & that offer fell through.I found out that previous 2 agents(who marketed the house simultaneously)didn't work on the house but left it on the property portals.I didn't realize it as I had immigrated. I contacted Marie early Oct 23 & after explaining the situation,she was keen on marketing the house.During the time between Oct 23 & Feb 24,she brought more clients for viewings than the 2 other agents did in a period of a year.I didn't want to give her a sole mandate,in case another agent would had clients but didn't want to follow through because they didn't want to share commission.Marie understood the urgency of the sale & she made a set appointment with the tenants to book out an hour every Wednesday for potential buyers to do viewings.She religiously pitched every Wednesday & the house was treated as if 'on show' regardless of the fact that she didn't have a mandate.She would also take clients out on other days if required. I received feedback at least 3 x per week - definitely with every call she received & after each & every viewing,even if it was late at night.
