I began my real estate career in 2002 at my father, Pieter Wagner Snr’s business, Pieter Wagner Eiendomme, in Bela-Bela. Working in the family business gave me a strong foundation in property, people and the importance of building lasting relationships.

I later moved to Lephalale, where I became part of Harcourts Waterberg in 2007. During this period, I was closely involved in housing projects linked to Eskom’s Medupi Power Station, with a strong focus on rentals and contractors’ accommodation. The business achieved multiple awards and developed a strong reputation for rental performance and service.

My career later brought me to the Western Cape, where I became involved with Harcourts West Coast. This chapter would ultimately become one of the most defining periods of my career.

In 2018, I took over Harcourts West Coast as sole Business Owner. It was an opportunity that came with significant responsibility, but also the chance to shape the future of the business and build a team and culture that reflected my vision.

In 2019, my brother, Pieter Wagner, joined me as Co-Business Owner. Together, we have continued to grow the business while combining our different strengths, experience and approach to real estate.

Our expansion into the Swartland followed on 1 July 2021 with Harcourts Swartland and our Malmesbury office, followed by Riebeek Valley on 9 February 2024.

Today, I am Co-Business Owner of Harcourts West Coast and Harcourts Swartland, helping lead a multi-office team serving communities across both regions.

My role has always been about more than property transactions. I am passionate about building strong teams, developing people, creating opportunities and putting the right structures in place for agents and offices to grow.

I was honoured to receive the Harcourts Brand Ambassador of the Year Award for 2022/2023, and in 2026 our business achieved 9th Position in the prestigious Harcourts Chairman’s Circle.

After more than two decades in real estate, I still believe success is about more than awards or numbers. It is about the people you develop, the clients you serve, the challenges you overcome and what you build along the way.
