I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Pfarelo for her exceptional service in helping me secure a tenant. From the very beginning, Pfarelo demonstrated a rare combination of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth that made the entire process not only smooth but truly enjoyable. Even when I had reached a point of discouragement and was ready to give up, Pfarelo remained reassuring and optimistic, consistently reminding me that the right tenant was out there and she was absolutely right. Her confidence and calm approach were exactly what I needed during a stressful time. What truly stood out was her commitment to communication. Pfarelo kept me in the loop at every stage, from viewings to applications, and all the way through to finalizing the lease. I never had to chase for updates she was always one step ahead, making sure I was informed and comfortable with each decision. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to balance professionalism with a friendly demeanour made her a pleasure to work with. It’s rare to find someone who treats your property as if it were their own, and Pfarelo did just that. Because of her outstanding service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Harcourts to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a reliable and caring estate agency. Pfarelo is a true asset to the Harcourts team, and I’m incredibly grateful for her support. Thank you, Pfarelo, for turning a stressful situation into a success story. Regards, a happy client
