Determined to understand every aspect of the real estate business, she built a strong foundation through hands-on experience and a commitment to continuous learning. Her dedication led to her promotion as Assistant Manager in 2017, where she played a key role in the administration and sales management of multiple Harcourts offices. She later progressed into senior leadership, focusing on agent development, business growth, and sales performance.

Today, Samantha is recognised for her ability to inspire, coach, and support estate agents in reaching their full potential. She is passionate about building successful careers, implementing effective sales strategies, and creating a culture where accountability, professionalism, and excellence thrive.
