Very friendly and helpful I enjoyed working with Scott. He was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable on the process. I enjoyed our viewings. The only minor issue I had was that he sent me the signed OTP a little late, only when I followed up with him, delaying my bond application process by a few days, irritating the (already highly irritable) seller.
