Quick to respond to our needs. Tracy tried to meet the needs of the seller and the buyer and used her discretion where necessary to reach an amicable agreement.

Tracy has been a joy to work with. Being elderly Tracy has patiently answered all our concerns. She has introduced us to other Harcourts agents and arranged viewing appointments well in advance and has kept us informed weekly of interest in our property.

Clyde Neumann

Always professional, always friendly and always willing to help. Tracy always went the extra mile for us. It was such a pleasure to deal with her! Tracy always kept us up to date with clients that she was bringing to the house and worked after hours with us when we were given an offer. We never had to ask for an update.

Tamlyn Dreyer

Just the general attitude was positive all the time even in a tough selling market.

Megan Steele

First and foremost Tracy was available to assist me even after 5pm. Secondly she provided a professional opinion on how issues of concern can be resolved when they arose. Lastly and most importantly she protected my interest at times when I felt the demands from the owner were unreasonable. Such mediation and trust gave me comfort to proceed with the deal even after attempting to pull out of it due to the attitude of the seller.
