Meet Wayne Alexander – A Man Dedicated to His Community

Wayne Alexander is a well-respected member of the Queenstown community, known for his years of public service in the South African Police Service and his commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

His passion for serving the community extends beyond his professional career. Wayne volunteered as a rugby coach at Hangklip Rugby Primary School, where he shared his time, knowledge and experience with young learners, helping to develop not only their sporting abilities but also the values of teamwork, discipline and perseverance.

Today, Wayne brings that same dedication and people-centred approach to real estate. He understands that buying a home is about far more than purchasing a property; it is about creating a place to belong, building security for your family and investing in your financial future.

Wayne strongly believes that homeownership is one of the most meaningful steps towards long-term financial stability and creating a lasting legacy for future generations. His goal is to guide buyers through this important journey with care, honesty and commitment, helping them find a home that suits their needs, dreams and budget.

With his community-minded spirit and genuine desire to help people, Wayne is committed to making every client's property journey a positive and rewarding experience.

For Wayne, real estate is not just about property – it is about people, homes and building a stronger future for our community.
