In 2005 the company was sold to Mr Eduard Wentzel known then as Homenet Beachfront. Today they are positioned as one of the leading estate agencies in the Beachfront area selling an average of 1 in 6 properties here. Their rentals team manages over 160 rental properties with a consistent rental collection rate of 97% of tenants having paid by the 1st of every month.
