Established in 1996, Harcourts Maynard Burgoyne Edgemead has played a significant role in the growth and standards of the Real Estate industry in the area, for almost 30 years.
From small beginnings, offices were established in major residential areas while the Principals became involved in governance at Institute and Board level.
Realizing the need for a national representative network, Maynard Burgoyne became involved in the Homenet Group in 1992. In 2009, Homenet entered the Global Arena by becoming a member of Harcourts International, a Real Estate Company established in New Zealand in 1888.
As a member of Harcourts International, we are part of a growing International Group, with representation in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, China, Fiji, Indonesia and Zambia.
