In March 2020, our business owner, Courtney Egelhof, took a bold step forward by partnering with Harcourts South Africa—part of the globally recognised Harcourts brand. This milestone allowed us to acquire the franchises for the greater Pinetown, Cowies Hill Park, Queensburgh, and surrounding areas.

Becoming part of the Harcourts family was a natural fit. Their values align closely with ours, and their innovative technology and systems enable us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

In 2023, our business entered an exciting new chapter when Courtney’s daughter, Kim, joined the team. Together, they expanded the business by acquiring the franchise for Cowies Hill, Westville, Dawncliffe, and surrounding areas, along with opening a new office in Westville.

Kim brings nearly 15 years of real estate experience in these suburbs. Her career has seen her grow from executive personal assistant to one of Westville’s leading agents, to branch administrator, and ultimately to a successful sales agent. Her in-depth local knowledge and hands-on experience add immense value to our team.
