Our roots in real estate go back to 2007, and we have proudly been part of the Harcourts family since 2010. Our Harcourts Two Oceans office is centrally situated on the corner of Ou Kaapse Weg and Longboat Road and is home to a dedicated and experienced team of property professionals. We specialise in residential, commercial and industrial property sales, and also bring many years of experience in the marketing of property developments.
Our Two Oceans team services Muizenberg, St James, Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek and surrounds, Noordhoek and surrounds, Zwaanswyk, Tokai, Kommetjie, Scarborough, and the greater Southern Peninsula.
We are also proud to have our Harcourts Hout Bay branch located cnr Main and Promenade Road , extending our local expertise and personal service to Hout Bay and Llandudno. Started my real estate career in Morningside in 2001 and it opened up a whole new world of achievement and personal satisfaction.
