Where River Views and Nature Come Together in Port Alfred

This north east facing plot in the pristine Riverview Waterfront Estate offers magnificent views over the Kowie River and an opportunity to build a home surrounded by nature. Access from the road will need some excavation, but the plot becomes relatively gently sloping towards the top, offering a good setting for a home designed to maximise the river views. Riverview Waterfront Estate is a gated development with security guards on duty around the clock. Wild antelope like Nyala and Bush Buck roam freely, abundant birdlife is a feature, and the occasional giraffe can even be seen wandering through the estate. Residents enjoy access to a clubhouse, swimming pool, squash courts, tennis courts and a jetty for boating enthusiasts who enjoy fishing and waterskiing on the Kowie River. Building is subject to architectural guidelines intended to maintain the character of the estate. All plans must first be approved by the homeowners' association before submission to the municipal planning department. A special opportunity to build your own home in a secure riverside estate where nature, wildlife and the Kowie River form part of everyday life.
